Part of our Cerebrozen overview. Last checked October 19, 2026.

Cerebrozen supplement dosage, as printed on the vendor label, is 1 or 2 droppers full daily, placed in the mouth and swallowed[1]. The sales page FAQ gives a different instruction: one full dropper a day, about 15 drops[2]. The label lists 30 servings of 1 ml in a 30 ml bottle, so one bottle covers 30 days at one dropper and 15 days at two.

How do you take Cerebrozen?

Shake the bottle, fill the dropper, put the liquid in your mouth and swallow, once a day. That is the label instruction, quoted in full: "Shake well before each use. Take 1 or 2 droppers full daily. Place in mouth and swallow."[1]

The sales page FAQ says: "Take one full dropper daily. Place it under your tongue, or dissolve it in a glass of water or natural juice. A full dropper contains approximately 15 drops of liquid."[2]

The two sources disagree on the amount and the method. Our reading, which is an inference: start with one dropper, the amount both sources share, and follow the label on your bottle if it differs from the sales page. We also assume one full dropper equals the 1 ml serving on the label; the vendor does not say so directly.

A second conflict: the label says 30 ml (1 fl oz), while bottle photos on the sales page show 60 ml (2 fl oz). Check the bottle you receive.

What is the right Cerebrozen supplement dosage and timing?

The right dose is the label's lower one: one dropper (1 ml) a day. There is no study of Cerebrozen at any dose, so taking two droppers doubles your intake of every hidden ingredient without any evidence of extra benefit.

At one dropper you get 0.7 mcg of chromium and 200 mg of the proprietary blend, about 9 mg per item on average. At two droppers, about 18 mg each[1].

The label does not say whether to take it with food or at a set time. Two sourced points help:

  • Take it in the morning. Guarana and green tea contain caffeine, which can disturb sleep if taken late in the day.
  • Take it with a meal. Liver problems from green tea extract are dose-dependent and worse when taken on an empty stomach[4].

Take it at the same time each day so you can judge any change fairly.

The vendor says "Most people start feeling a difference after the first week"[2], but no trial of the product measured that. Since no label ingredient has been tested for hearing, there is no evidence-based timeline to plan around. Raising the dose to speed things up has no research behind it either.

How long does one bottle last?

One 30 ml bottle lasts 30 days at one dropper a day, or 15 days at two[1]. Prices are the ClickBank checkout totals, US, checked October 19, 2026[5][6][7].

What should you avoid while taking it?

Avoid stacking extra caffeine and check your medicines first. The blend contains guarana and green tea, so coffee, energy drinks, pre-workouts and fat burners all add to a caffeine dose you cannot measure. The FDA puts the usual adult ceiling at 400 mg of caffeine a day[3].

Also avoid:

  • Other licorice products, because glycyrrhizin adds up and can raise blood pressure.
  • Taking it alongside antidepressants, blood pressure, heart, statin, diabetes or thyroid medicines without asking a pharmacist.
  • Doubling up after a missed day; just take the next dose as usual.
  • Leaving the bottle where a dog can reach it, because it contains xylitol.

The full interaction list is on our Cerebrozen side effects page.

How do you track whether it is doing anything?

Keep a short daily log for the first six weeks, starting a week before your first dose so you have a baseline. Tinnitus naturally varies from day to day, so one good day proves nothing. Record:

  1. The date and the number of droppers.
  2. Tinnitus loudness on a 0 to 10 scale, and how much it bothered you on a 0 to 10 scale.
  3. Hours of sleep and your caffeine from other drinks.
  4. Any side effects, such as jitters, stomach upset or headaches.

The refund window runs 60 days from purchase, not delivery, and needs an approved return authorization first[8]. Decide by about day 45 so there is time to request one.

When should you stop and talk to a doctor?

Stop the drops and see a doctor right away if you have:

  • Sudden hearing loss, ringing in one ear only, or ringing that pulses with your heartbeat.
  • Dizziness, spinning or loss of balance.
  • Chest pain, a racing heartbeat or a very high blood pressure reading.
  • Muscle weakness, yellow skin or eyes, or dark urine.
  • Confusion, fever and muscle twitching while on an antidepressant.

For tinnitus that lasts, a doctor or audiologist is the better first stop: NIDCD says no supplement advertised for tinnitus has been proven effective[9].

How to take it: our summary

Frequently asked questions

How many drops of Cerebrozen should I take?

The sales page says one full dropper, about 15 drops, once a day. The label says 1 or 2 droppers full daily. One dropper is the amount both sources agree on, and the label lists the serving as 1 ml.

Can I put Cerebrozen in water or juice?

The sales page FAQ says you can place it under your tongue or dissolve it in a glass of water or natural juice. The label only says to place it in the mouth and swallow. Either way, shake the bottle first.

What time of day should I take Cerebrozen?

The label gives no timing. Because guarana and green tea add caffeine, a morning dose is less likely to disturb sleep, and taking it with food is sensible since green tea extract liver problems are worse on an empty stomach.

How many servings are in a Cerebrozen bottle?

The label lists 30 servings of 1 ml in a 30 ml (1 fl oz) bottle, which lasts 30 days at one dropper or 15 days at two. Sales page photos show a 60 ml bottle, so check the one you receive.

What if I miss a dose of Cerebrozen?

Skip the missed dose and take the next one at your usual time. The label sets a maximum of two droppers a day and says not to exceed the recommended dose, so do not double up to catch up.
